  1. Hello!
Do you have a recipe with almond flour? Preferably without eggs.
    Thank you.
    Carmen

  2. Hi Mauricio!

Hope you are well. Just thought I would check in to see if you have made any progress on a hoagie recipe?

    Thank you in advance!
    Shawn Brannan

  3. Gasp. I am shocked – shocked! shocked! – that I don't see a sourdough croissant recipe here. [BTW, your book is great. We own.]

  4. Hello, I brought your book the perfect loaf and a great deal from it. A few of the recipes that I’ve tried able to find the printable version on which is easier than using the book and I don’t want to dirty my pages lol. I’m looking for the recipe for the olive oil sourdough bread that is in the book. I have checked your website and do not see it there.

  5. Hello, I bought your book the perfect loaf and have learned a lot from it. Many of the recipes I’ve tried. I’ve been able to print off the Internet just easier than using the book and I don’t wanna mess my book up. I am looking for the rosemary bread recipe and I cannot find it on the Internet or on your website help please.

  6. any chance you will do a sourdough bread recipe with roasted garlic and rosemary? I’ve tried this three times. The first two I threw the dough away because it was soupy…I guess from adding the garlic too early and not realizing how watery it is. I thought it was just oily. Got it to sort of work the third time but it was very tough shaping and didn’t look very pretty in the end. Haven’t figured out the proper method for the inclusions.

  7. I have been following you for years now and everytime someone I know begins their sourdough journey the first thing I say is subscribe to The Perfect Loaf!

The greatest gift you have given me is the conversion mechanics that enable me to turn a boulle recipe into a sandwich loaf. Sadly I've only been successful at the Rosemary Polenta bread which I spent about a year perfecting as a sandwich bread and it was well worth it. I've just made the seeded whole wheat sandwich bread and it is a joy to eat.

May I encourage you to turn some of your other recipes into sandwich breads? Frankly, while it was worth it with the Rosemary Polenta bread, I don't know if I have the gumption to do the work again for a chocolate cherry or cinnamon raisin sandwich bread, though both are breads I'd make if you did the conversion work!

So this is my nudge in that direction: More Sourdough Sandwich Breads, please!
