Wood Fired Oven

There’s nothing quite like cooking and baking with a live fire. The aroma of the burning wood and the natural Saputo stones (made from clay in Italy) sets the stage for making something delicious every time.

I use a Fontana Forni wood-fired oven, which gets hot fast, has plenty of room to cook multiple pizzas at a time, and is hands down my favorite way to cook and bake outside.
