Porridge Bread

Incorporating porridges into your bread dough is a fantastic way to add nutrition and softness to your loaves of bread. Using oats, millet, or any other grain, cooked down into a porridge that’s then added to your bread dough, adds such a wonderful depth of flavor and texture. Start with my oat porridge sourdough and then don’t skip my millet porridge version as well, both are staples here and for good reason!
